Archbishop Thomas E. Gordon, Bishop of the Orthodox Anglican Church in North America and Primate of the Orthodox Anglican Communion, installed The Order of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ (Ordo Pretiosissimi Sanguinis Christi Iesu) within the Communion at St. Marin’s Anglican Church, Ocala, Florida and appointed Fr. David Sokol, Rector, as the Director of the Order. The Order will serve as the Protector of The National Shrine of the True Cross of Christ and will exercise all means available to protect the ‘Sanctity of Life’ as its core mission within all of God’s creation.
Celebration of Veterans 2023 Mass and Gathering
Archbishop Thomas E. Gordon, Bishop of the Orthodox Anglican Church in North America and Primate of the Orthodox Anglican Communion, Incardinated (received) Fr. Walter Ospina into the Orthodox Anglican Church North America at St. Martin’s Anglican Church, Ocala Florida, as a duly trained and ordained priest of the Communion under jurisdiction in Columbia SA.

On Pentecost Sunday we baptized a beautiful baby girl, London Annabelle, bringing her into the fold of all Christians. She was an absolute delight…..quietly taking everything ‘in’ while smiling at everyone. The Baptism and Mass were followed by a reception with plenty of food, a baptismal cake, and lots of smiles and sharing….what a wonderful day….what a wonderful parish family….what a wonderful little girl!
Palm Sunday procession including blessing of exterior stations of the cross and laying of palms at the foot of the Cross of Christ. Our special parish member, ‘Elvis the donkey’, played his part to the hilt!
Installation of a small splinter of The True Cross of Christ entrusted to the parish of St. Martin’s Anglican Church, Ocala Florida, the Orthodox Anglican Church, through the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, the Vatican, Rome. It is a first-order relic above all others. It is saturated with the blood or our Savior, truly God and truly man, and serves as a direct reminder of the Salvation given by the Son of God.
Renewal of Wedding Vows On their 50th Wedding Anniversary, Steve and Irmi renewed their wedding vows with friends and family (including their Church family) in a beautiful and ‘touching’ ceremony at St. Martin’s Anglican Church. A reception followed at their clubhouse, the Florida Grande Motorcoach Resort. We were truly blessed with wonderful food prepared exquisitely by Irmi (with support from Steve!). May Our Lord continuously bless and keep you both!
